About Pigigi

The world got very polished.

Everything is filtered, revised, optimised, and wrapped in soft packaging. Humans began to tiptoe. Through conversations. Through opinions. Through life.

Pigigi did not get the memo.

She draws what she sees. She presents what she feels. She does not revise. She does not tiptoe. She is not always blunt — she can be a very nice pig — but she is always, without exception, herself.

When you look at a Pigigi drawing, you see something you recognise. The unpackaged version of you. The one that existed before the world taught you to edit yourself. That pig is still in there. Pigigi is simply proof.

About the human behind the trotters

Ihsuan is a lawyer turned pig. Born in Taiwan, living in Madrid, serious about her trotters and everything else simultaneously.

She is sporadic, multicultural, and everything everywhere all at once. The art happens in the margins — of French notebooks, of meetings, of ordinary Tuesdays.

She draws fast. Pigigi draws faster.

Ihsuan created Pigigi so you won't die a dull pig.
