Pigigi's Refund Policy

Pigigi drew this in a moment that will not return. The pencil moved. The paper received it. That moment is now yours.

Because this is a digital product — and because moments are non-refundable by nature — Pigigi does not offer refunds. Not out of coldness. Out of respect for the moment.

You have received something that existed only briefly in the physical world and now lives permanently in yours. This is not a transaction. This is a transfer of energy. Pigigi does not take energy back.

If your file did not arrive, Pigigi will fix that. That is not a refund. That is Pigigi correcting the universe. Email hello@pigigi.com and she will sort it out within 48 hours. Probably faster. She is a pig, not a bureaucrat.

If the art did not work within 7 days, Pigigi gently suggests the issue is not the art.
